Assembly Operator Job Description:
PrideStaff is looking for an Assembly Operator to join their client’s manufacturing company in Walnut. The Assembly Operator will be responsible for checking products are fully assembled and meet guidelines. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess the ability to work as a team, and have strong attention to detail, apply with us. The Assembly Operator position is a full-time, temp-to-hire position in Walnut, MS.
Assembly Operator Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble, Install, & Operate Machines
- Follow Written & Verbal Instructions To Perform Necessary Tasks
- Direct, Coordinate, & Supervise Assemblers, Inspectors & Others Engaged In Assembling Products
- Conduct Routine Inspections
- Maintain Records Of Production, Including Cost Of Production, Time, Labor, Materials Used, & Defective Parts
- Keep Informed Of New Techniques, Designs, & Developments In Assembly Industry
- Maintain A Clean & Safe Work Area
- Follow & Wear All Safety & PPE Requirements
Assembly Operator Job Requirements:
- HS Diploma Or Equivalent Required
- 1 Year Experience in Assembly or Manufacturing Required
- Grasp, Load, & Unload Materials Using Machinery & Power Hand Tools
- Must Be Able To Stand, Sit, Kneel, Walk, Use Hands & Move Consistently
- Move And Lift Up To 25 Pounds On A Regular Basis

- Must be Willing to Submit to a Pre-Employment Background Check
- Must be Willing to Submit to a Drug Screen
